GETTING STARTED - APPLYING TO THE SCHOOL AND THE DARC PROGRAM
Students wishing to enter the DARC program, or college, for the first time are recommended to first make an appointment with the DARC program coordinator, Barbara Fox. She can be reached by email at bfox@mcc.commnet.edu or by phone at 860-512-2769. Contact by email may be faster than by phone. Students can also contact the counseling department anytime during semester breaks and the summer months for advisement at 860-512-3320.
Students who are applying to college after a long absence from any type of school are encouraged by the DARC program coordinator to examine the Adults In Transition (AIT) program at MCC. Here is a link about the Adults in Transition program that explains what this program can do for students.
